Chronic pain

If you're living with chronic pain — especially in the neck, back, or pelvis — real relief often means working through more than one layer of healing. Session by session, you'll integrate somatic therapies that get at the root cause keeping the pain cycle going, with the compassionate care to help you build awareness and let go of what's been held, so you can ease back into life again.

Low-Level (Cold) Laser Therapy

You'll have access to an Avant LZ30 Pro Z laser for Low-Level Laser Therapy (also known as cold laser therapy). Studies in peer-reviewed journals have shown this treatment can reduce pain, shorten recovery time, and improve outcomes — laser light induces a photobiomodulatory effect on cells that enhances tissue repair.

Naturopathic consultations

Integrative care addressing physical, mental, emotional, genetic, and environmental factors.

  • Digestive concerns (bloating, gas, GERD; IBS, Crohn’s; food sensitivities)
  • Autoimmune conditions (e.g., Hashimoto’s; IBD; MS)
  • Metabolic / cardiovascular health (pre-diabetes/diabetes; hypertension; inflamm-aging)

Telehealth*

  • Real-time, individualized sessions from home
  • Guided strength, flexibility, balance, and functional mobility
  • Self-care education (foam roller, therapy balls)

*All services delivered via secure video.

About

Priscilla Park, DPT

Priscilla Park, DPT is a physical therapist and naturopath with over 30 years of clinical experience. She specializes in orthopedic, sports, dance, yoga, and Pilates–related injuries, with an emphasis on movement quality and biomechanical precision.

Her work integrates detailed movement and biomechanical analysis, hands-on physical therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and strength and mobility training. Treatment is selected based on individual assessment rather than protocol, with the goal of addressing root contributors to pain, restoring efficient movement, and reducing recurrence across orthopedic, sports, dance, yoga, Pilates, and wellness-related care.

A holistic and naturopathic perspective will be incorporated as appropriate, including nutrition guidance, anti-inflammatory strategies, supplements, and herbs to support your healing process.

She is a founding member of ODC’s Healthy Dancers Clinic (since 1999), served as Director of the University of California Irvine Dance Medicine Clinic (1997–1999), and has worked with Broadway productions in New York, including The Lion King , Aida , Hairspray , and 42nd Street .
